1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access agronavigator.app, contact us, request early access, use Agro Navigator mobile applications, or use Agro Navigator hardware, firmware, documentation, telemetry, support, dealer, or related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Agro Navigator / Lagodish Tech ("Agro Navigator", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Other Agreements

A written quote, invoice, order form, dealer agreement, pilot agreement, app-store terms, hardware warranty, or software license may add to or override parts of these Terms for a specific purchase, pilot, or distribution relationship. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that relationship.

3. Service Description and Status

Agro Navigator provides RTK GPS guidance, mobile field navigation, CAN bus support, board connectivity, setup tools, diagnostics, telemetry, and related features for agricultural and field environments. Features may be experimental, in development, available only to early-access users, or dependent on supported hardware, firmware, network coverage, RTK/NTRIP correction services, device permissions, and local configuration.

4. Configurator, Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Any configurator output, estimate, starting price, accessory price, subscription amount, or pricing note shown on the website is indicative only. It is not an offer, checkout, purchase contract, acceptance of an order, or guarantee that a product, module, service, certification path, or installation is available for your machine or country.

Displayed estimates are generally shown in EUR and exclude VAT, customs, duties, shipping, installation, payment fees, SIM/data plans, correction-service subscriptions, and third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quote.
Final pricing, scope, availability, compatibility, taxes, delivery, installation, warranty, compliance requirements, and lead time are confirmed only in a written quote, invoice, order form, pilot agreement, or dealer agreement.
We may correct errors, update prices, decline a quote request, or require additional machine, safety, regulatory, or installation review before accepting an order.
If consumer-protection laws require additional price, tax, withdrawal, warranty, delivery, or seller information, that information will be provided before any binding consumer purchase is formed.

5. Safety-Critical Use

Agro Navigator is a driver-assistance and field-guidance system, not a fully autonomous machine-control system. You are solely responsible for safe operation of any vehicle, implement, machine, or equipment connected to the Service.

Always keep a trained operator in control and able to stop or override the machine.
Do not rely on Agro Navigator as the only steering, braking, safety, or emergency-stop system.
Install, calibrate, test, and maintain hardware only in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, and safe agricultural practices.
Test new configurations in a safe controlled area before using them in normal field operations.
GNSS, RTK corrections, NTRIP, cellular connectivity, wired networking, CAN bus messages, sensors, maps, and third-party hardware can fail, drift, disconnect, or be inaccurate.
Do not use the Service where failure could create an unacceptable risk of injury, property damage, environmental harm, or legal non-compliance.

6. Compliance and User Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, road rules, workplace safety rules, agricultural equipment rules, radio/cellular rules, import/export rules, and manufacturer requirements that apply to your location and use case. You are also responsible for determining whether your tractor, implement, receiver, controller, board, wiring, firmware, and network setup are suitable and lawful for your intended use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in a way that violates law, safety rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Use the Service to operate equipment without appropriate supervision, training, testing, or emergency override capability.
Interfere with, overload, bypass, or compromise the Service or any related infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential third-party, or malicious content through contact, dealer, support, or telemetry channels.

8. Compatibility and Third-Party Projects

References to AgOpenGPS-compatible boards, protocols, or workflows mean interoperability with supported configurations. AgOpenGPS is a separate open-source project under its own licenses. Agro Navigator is not AgOpenGPS and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AgOpenGPS or its contributors. Compatibility may depend on exact board revision, firmware version, wiring, machine profile, receiver, correction source, operating system, and field conditions.

9. Third-Party Services and Hardware

The Service may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including app stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, maps, cellular networks, RTK/NTRIP correction services, GNSS receivers, tractor or implement manufacturers, and community-built hardware or firmware. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, licenses, or terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Agro Navigator software, website content, design, text, graphics, documentation, branding, and original hardware-related materials are owned by Agro Navigator, Lagodish Tech, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

11. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, compatibility notes, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in the underlying content.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described in that policy.

13. No Professional Advice

Information on the website, in the app, in documentation, or in support communications is provided for general product and technical purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, safety-engineering, agronomic, insurance, or professional advice. You should obtain qualified advice for your specific machine, field, jurisdiction, and operating conditions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or safety. We do not guarantee centimetre-level accuracy, continuous connectivity, uninterrupted correction data, machine compatibility, map accuracy, regulatory compliance, or suitability for any particular field operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agro Navigator, Lagodish Tech, and their affiliates, suppliers, contributors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, crop loss, equipment damage, correction-service failure, connectivity failure, or loss arising from unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, or unverified use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of these Terms may not apply to you.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agro Navigator, Lagodish Tech, and their affiliates, suppliers, contributors, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your equipment or configuration, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

18. Suspension and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also suspend access if we believe use of the Service creates legal, security, operational, or safety risk, or violates these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lagodish Tech is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and mandatory local laws remain unaffected. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction may still hear disputes where applicable law requires it.
