Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include:
- Contract or pre-contract steps, such as responding to your request, providing support, or delivering app and hardware features.
- Consent, such as optional analytics cookies or similar tracking in regions where consent is required.

6. Cookies, Consent, and Analytics
We use necessary cookies and local storage to operate the website, remember consent choices, and detect regional consent requirements. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Consent Mode for website analytics. In EU/EEA/UK regions, analytics storage is denied by default until you consent. In other regions, analytics may be enabled by default where local law permits an opt-out model.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, personalized advertising cookies, or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can reject analytics in the cookie banner where shown, use browser controls to block or delete cookies, or contact us if you need help withdrawing a prior consent choice.
7. Contact Form and Telegram
When you submit the contact form, we send your contact details, message, and request metadata to our internal Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API so we can respond quickly. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, payment details, passwords, or safety-critical data through the contact form.
8. Field Location, Telemetry, and Diagnostics
Agro Navigator features may process precise field location, GNSS/RTK status, board communication, machine configuration, diagnostic logs, and telemetry. Some data may stay on your device; some may be transmitted if you enable remote monitoring, telemetry, support, cloud, dealer, or fleet-management features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to share field, machine, employee, contractor, or customer data with us.

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Service providers such as hosting, analytics, messaging, app-store, or cloud providers may process data internationally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
